Description: Curious about yoga? Come join us! Open to everyone ages 16+. This class focuses on the basics of vinyasa flow, and is appropriate for beginners. The first 4 weeks will emphasize the basics for brand new beginners, then we'll expand to an all-levels class appropriate for all. You will need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (4"x6"x9") and a yoga strap, required. We have mats, blocks, and straps available to borrow for first-time attenders, please email the teacher to reserve yours.
