Childcare

For On-Campus Classes and Ministry Meetings


Children are an important part of our church family; we are committed to providing responsible, nurturing care for children in a safe environment.

North campus childcare can be provided for small groups/classes meeting on campus Monday through Thursday or other pre-arranged days. Childcare is for children ages 3 months-5th grade.

Childcare Reservation Procedure

  1. Childcare must be reserved no later than 2-weeks prior to the start date of the group/class. This should be done by completing the Small Group Childcare Request Form.

  2. In order to secure childcare, it is imperative that the above form is submitted 2-weeks prior to the start date of your class. Consider indicating the specific dates in the group/class synopsis in the Journey Guide. For example, “Deadline to sign-up for childcare is March 12.” Individuals in the class who sign-up for childcare after the 2-week mark, must wait 2-weeks before utilizing childcare.

  3. If no children are signed up for childcare, 2-weeks prior to the start date, the childcare reservation for your group/class will be cancelled. If it is later determined that childcare is needed, the group leader will need to initiate the reservation process again.


Childcare Payment Procedure

Online Option

  1. Individuals in your group utilizing the online payment option, will need to complete the following form at least 1-week prior to your first meeting: Childcare Payment Form (1st two weeks)
    This will allow them to prepay 2-weeks of childcare, which is now required to reserve their child’s space.

  2. To continue to pay online for childcare, use the following form: Childcare Payment Form (ongoing)
    Using the online method, it is not necessary to drop your payment in the box at the Children’s Check-In area.

 

Manual Option

  1. Individuals in your group utilizing the manual payment option will need to use the payment envelopes provided in the Children’s Check-In area. They will need to prepay 2-weeks of childcare at least 1-week prior to your first meeting (required to reserve their child’s space).

  2. VERY IMPORTANT! On the back of the envelope, they will need to indicate their name(s) and the number of children they are prepaying for. This is how we track manual payments.

  3. To continue to pay manually for childcare, continue to use the envelopes provided in the Children’s Check-In area. Don’t forget to write in the details on the back of the envelope(s).
